Purchasing Coordinator - Dallas
The Purchasing Coordinator / Expeditor plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals.
In this role, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain, update, and distribute inventory reports to Purchasing team.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Manager to evaluate and recommend best workflow practices to support the Purchasing Department.
- Evaluate purchase orders for accuracy and timely shipment from suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment of products.
- Maintain and update product data and pricing.
- Monitor inbound shipments of products and coordinate with receiving department to maintain accuracy and timely receipt.
- Communicate with Purchasing and Sales teams changes in product availability.
- Collaborate with Purchasing team and suppliers to maintain product data accuracy.
- Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies with suppliers.
- Liaison with Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
- Expedite product shipments from suppliers
