Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Dallas

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years in recruitment and Human Resources with knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring practices. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the HR Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping Management find, hire and retain quality talent
- Continuously partner with HR Manager and Senior Managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent, plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements
- Assist with Administrative duties as defined by HR Manager
- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and release job postings on platforms such as social media and job boards
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Screen resumes and prospects who qualify
- Set-up Teams Meeting interviews with HR Manager
- Maintain candidate records
- Follow-up on interview process status and update records
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the Administrative Office
Skills
- 1-2 Years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skill
- Knowledge of MS office, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video, etc.)
